Scary Moments of Life

We all know that we are going to pass one day.
Just don't know when, where, or how.
Isn't that the scariest thing??
Nothing is beautiful about Death.
Witnessing my mom at her weakest point so far was the hardest thing to do.
Although it wasn't life threatening,
Just the fact that she was so weak and IV'd up was making me sick to my stomach.
But I was determined not to leave her side
For: We all we got.
It's only me and her
And then it hit me.
Some people live their lives like this everyday
The person in the bed and then the person beside waiting and praying.
My mother on the other hand, is so stubborn, independent and strong.
Wouldn't let me do anything nor wouldn't sit still.
But her strong will and determination is something that I am glad she has passed down to me.

I logged onto facebook to see another RIP to a fallen classmate.
I looked on the news and he was shot to death by an AK-47
Really? I don't understand.

Though my mom is safe, a classmate lost his life.
Thus adding to to this scary thing called life.
